screenshots disappear / black print screen

so I was owning (as usual) on cod1 and I got my best score ever. I thought it'd be a good time to take a screenshot. So when I was boasting my score to my brother he said let's see that shit, so I wanted to open my screenshots folder only to see it wasn't there.
I checked the console and it said the screenshots had been taken and I alse made a print screen, but when I copied that into paint I got a black square.
Anyone else on vista who can't make screenshots in call of duty? I can make them in any other game, just not call of duty
I need those screens for my epeen, goddammit.
(the score was 400-50 btw, try letting someone believe that without a screenshot)
