The Vernal Equinox is upon us.
Question: Can you stand an egg on end :?:

According to the legend RIGHT NOW is the time to try.
  • The Earth is exactly 1/2 way between the Winter and Summer solstice.
  • We are now at the zero point for expressing right ascension and celestial longitude
  • So on the first day of spring, the Earth's axis are pointing perpendicularly to the direction of the Sun.

Think happy thoughts and grab an egg or two

Happy Spring, you guys!

PS. Oh, and happy Fall to those in the Southern Hemisphere! (do your toilets really drain counter-clockwise?)
