help find a decent computer for silkroad plz ty

i'm looking for a good computer for my little bro. He play a lots of online game such as silkroad and wow, etc. My question is..what's a good computer with decent graphic card and nice speed. I"m looking to spend around 600-900 dollars. ty for all the help.
