he has around 200 posts and is not very active..

this is just his mod account.
don't worry, he's had plenty accounts here with 1k+ posts.

One of his accounts had roughly 3k posts, maybe slightly less. A little bit of intuition, and you can figure it out

Well, SM-Count may have got a low posts level, but he sure ain't new..

And since the SM-count was a mod his post count on it grew faster...

SM count is not active on his previous accounts. New mods get the choice to get either there account upgraded or get a new account to avoid any possible comments of for example unhappy srf members etc
