OK Another Crazy Thread By my.....
1.Ok when is it the best too start going to the gym????(years?)
2.Whats the minimum Height??? Recommended ???? Since THey Say u can screw ure Growth....Is it True?
3.And Lets say Im going to the gym im a starter how much should go to in a week? 3 times? 2 times? 5 times? AND WHY?
4. Ok Im a 185 cm 73kg ....could buff something up or im too slim?
5.Best food for exercise????

i mean, come on...
ok, lemme answer
its best to go to the gym when u become 2 years old, because the probabilities of you having a bigger penis are higher, therefore yeah.
And just lift the max thingies, they're da best.
Make sure you go to gym with cheap boxers, so they dont get like, too close to ur stuff all the time, that shit is annoying.
Oh and, also, dont forget to eat lots before going there, so u can burn more faster OKAI!?

just do what i've started doing lately now, everyday i go ride my bike for like 1-3 hours and do other exercises at home.. easy shizz

Biking is great i do it 3 times a week for a hour and something
Swimming is meh not my thing
Fast walking is the best tho <3

First of all u need 2824kcal in each day according to ur information but i didnt know ur age i counted with age 16.
-U have to calculate ur Body fat percentage
-Also measure ur chest,triceps,waist,hip and give me those informations so i can tell something about body building,suplements etc.
Notice:Stay away from steroids.

if u want fast easy mucles with out leaving ur house fap till u get big mucsles in 1 arm then switch then continue

No man he shouldnt because balance of body shape.what ll happen if he build some part of body?Shapeless body like an allien.He needs a program.If he insist about doing this at home he should give me information about his body so i can give a program.

just ride ur bike
one thing that got me really lucky, like in terms of body building
was that for around 3 years, i trained everyday, and had tournamentes every weekend, along with other sports everyday.
That really built me some nice stuff.
In my opinion, the secret is getting an activitie that's fun for u, so u enjoy doing it otherwise it isnt rlly worth it imo

---Offcourse if he wants a body like that

He has to make body building and has to be a slave of suplements like me.Also he has to contuniue exercise even 35-40 years old and if he calculate something wrong about taking suplements liver problem can be occur.He has to make sure what he wants.

You can keep ur body in a good shape, by having fun, ofc u cant eat w.e u like but who cares anyways.
Just dont make it sound so bad dude, it can be done liking it, doesnt have to be something bad >.>
And yeah, it was only an advice..
like thats why i ride my bike
and after i do some other exercises but im just waiting for a while till i can start playing tennis, once you can combine all those things, its easy, fun, and cool. No big problems
