Sorry I havn't been around much but sunday I bought a condo!

It pretty nice; mid level has all hard wood floors living room and kitchen. Fully furnished basement with a fireplace, attached garage, two huge bedrooms, two full baths and two half baths, a master bathroom with shower, a wet bar and a pretty nice neighborhood and "backyard"

If all goes to plan, should be in the next month or so, title transfer and keys to the house at the end of may

Grats Ryoko! Unlike your old place, give the new condo a nice renovation as far as it's needed. Nice paint/wallpaper, neat furniture etc.
