So these assholes on my brother in laws side of the family are threatening to kill his daughter(my neice) because he is changing his last name to our familys last name. Because his Family said they wish my neice was born still-born because she isn't a boy. So he pretty much disowns most of them. Anyway, he is in Iraq righ now and my sis and neice are living with me cause she scared to live by herself. They came to our house about 2 weeks ago and peppered our garage. We called the cops and they said they cant do sh1t without a empty shell to match the gun. Now they are doing it again and we just seen them in our front yard and my bro ran out the door with his new M44 and they ran away. Cops still won't do sh1t. So now we are going to wait outside everynight because their visits are becoming more frequent. So Cops(wimp way) or beat the sh1t out of them next time? Cause they aren't getting anywhere near my sis or neice that's for damned sure. They even went as low as threats over myspace But apparently cops say that isn't sufficient enough Wut to do?

Beat their ass.

If this is true, its not something to laugh about. Tbh, I'd take a couple of my friends and beat the living shit out of them and make sure they don't mess with my family again.

Know their names and address? Report them to like.. crime stoppers. That is almost always more effective. A friend was in a situation where her family was also being hunted down, but cops wouldn't believe it. She called crime stoppers, and they were questioned, searched, and arrested in the same day.

Make sure there is a deadbolt on ALL your doors. Keep all windows locked and covered with blinds AND dark/thick curtains. Don't leave them home alone. Call your neighbors or other family, and let them know the situation. Tell your neighbors to call 911 at the sight or sound of anything possibly dangerous or suspicious.
I'd suggest sending her and the baby out of town, or to a women's shelter. They're normally for the abused, but they can protect and help them out in situations like this. Ask for police patrols more often in your area.

Fighting them could be potentially fatal, and who would protect your sister and niece then?

i would seriously beat the living **** out of them. slice and dice them a bit. i cant believe the cops arent doing a shit. i mean come one you're getting threatened, they should step their shit up a bit. maybe you can request like a neighborhood watch patrol officer thingy, just a regular cop to come check out the neighborhood a few times a day everyday to make sure everything is okay. because something like this could turn out really bad. someone could die or seriously get hurt, better to take action as soon as possible. i bet your brother in law is really upset and pissed and stressing over there in iraq if you told him :\

Well now they are threatening to kill our whole family and anyone close to us. They even got a couple local gang members to help. Pretty scary sh1t right now. Not because of them, but for the safety of my family. Don't even understand how the hell it started. Tonight my dad is gonna be waiting in the tree outside lol. Cause last night that is where they were standing. And yes we have sh1t cops. They won't even do anything about them last night cause my sis called. But if we get a sign that says no tresspassing, we can legally shoot them. Juss not in the head for some reason lol. Im gonna put one up that says. No trespassing, trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again. Don't remember where I heard that. And we live out in the country-side. Getting pretty serious I think. Cops still won't do sh1t. Prolly getting paid off with crack or sh1t.

No. My bro in law is in th Iraq war. My sis lives with us because they tried getting in her house. They aren't crackheads(well maybe) they are my bro in laws family. No shotgun, A russian M44 rifle and 2 .22 rifles. Our shotguns are at my uncles house and he isn't around. My Real brother, went outside lastnight cause he heard something, he thought it was a cougar that normally comes around cause of the sheep in the field next door. He seen something by the tree so he opened the door a little bit, and then the person ran to the street and jumped into a parked car because my bro yelled at me to come with him and he ran outside with his rifle and I grabbed a bat. They were gone by the time we got out there. This is the 3rd time they have been outhere, but we're not sure if they are going to come back cause we are still getting threats.

We were told by cops that if we shoot them in the head it's like executing them or something and we would get in hella trouble.

We tried to report them cause one of there distant relatives like us and told us that they were making Bombs(yes bombs) out of household chemicals and going to use em on us. WtF! We didn't even do anyting to them to begin with. Cops say they can't investigate without proof, and next time we call we will get in trouble for harrassment and false reporting.

It's not that easy, we live out in the country-side, and they have a sh1t load of "gang members" that with them. And they never really leave their house. Next chance we get, we are going to make a point. No More screwing around.
