I don't see what they did there, but I have not done anything that would exploit besides sending money to my other character, if that counts.

Talking to a machine might be annoying, but send them an email about it. I'm sure they can be persuaded after you tell them it was a mistake.

Seems like you've bought gold which came from a hacked account. :> The 'association' means you were in some way related to that account. So I guess you've bought gold.
