i was wondering if you guys think i should get the Wii?
i like the way the controlls r used but r the graphics any good? lol

I was waiting for this fat emo bitch girl to stop spending her life at EB Games playing SSB on the Wii, and when she finally got of, me and my friend tried it and we found out that fat bitch broke the remote and that was the only thing that got her off >________>

Yes if you Already have a better console... 360 Or PS3.
Its like a side dish.
Its still good but online play leaves alot to be desired for -_-

yees! the wii is a great system for when you have alot of people chillin. id just get the new brawl and the new legend of zelda. for any game im realy gona get into though, its most likely to be on the computer

awsome thanks yer i will get those two i was also thinig of getting metroid prime and star wars (cause u get to use the wii remote lik a lightsaver)

has at the moment the best online play, its free, fun and easy to use...you can
download old NES, SNES, N64, TURBO-x16, SEGA and even Commador 64 games from it...also

SSMB, mario kart, pokemon, MoH: Heros 2, DBZ: BT3...and many many more...lol also
the fact that you can download almost every old nintendo and sega game puts the
others to shame

lol sorry...farked up week.
Wii= to play games online is 100% free, and free internet down costs money
PS3= to play games online is 100% free, and free internet
360= costs to play games online, costs to use internet
also the Wii had a 32 player online game for its 3rd online game...360 only had one
this month.
in terms of players
1=360
2=Wii
3=PS3
Also Wii has more options online that are fun, as in Mii's vote online, and
Mii competions

I want a wii too for zelda and SSBB...Both are great games (well..zelda is, havent played SSBB yet xD)
If you like the controls and care a bit less for over the top graphics, go for a Wii. But if you are a graphicsjunk you should go for a 360 or ps3 with hd tv xD
(Conclusion...Get it, it rocks)

32 players at once is "Medal Of Honor: Heros 2" its a WW2 based FPS with very good
online play.

That's up to you, the graphics are somewhat dated, and no high-def support. But it looks ok on my 24" widescreen. Gamecube controllers plug right in as do the memory cards, and you can put in an SD card loaded with pictures and MP3's and play stuff right from the Wii for a party.
It's more designed for the family, there are lots of interesting games like Mario Party 8, SSB, GH3 (which isn't quite as bad as on the PS2, I can battle online), and all the Gamecube games still work on it just fine.
I find it somewhat fun to create your own avatars (Mii's) and see everyone else's avatars. There's also a WiiShop channel; if you have Internet access to your Wii (almost a necessity for system updates) you can surf the web using Opera and the Wiimote, which is kind of cool except that I don't currently have a keyboard, so typing is no fun.
Everyone forgets Resident Evil 4, I have heard it's pretty good, and honestly Lego Star Wars is a lot of fun although they don't use the Wiimote nearly enough.
My wife has fun with bowling and golf (WiiSports). And there is a Duck-Hunt like game in WiiPlay. The console doesn't shine in graphics and sound but they seem to have a good lock on all-around playability for a variety of people, not just uber-gamers.

OHHHH Resident Evil 4 Wii edition...OMG how could i forget that game
Well the Wii does have HD support, you can get cables and what not that make is look
a little bit more crisp, but all those who say it has bad graphics...lol just look
at Mario Galaxy.

Depends on what games you want to play. The Wii is more of a quick up and play system. You play for an hr and you can be satisfied. If you're into GTA I'd pick up the 360 as GTA4 comes out this month.

Depends on your age.
My opinion is that the Wii is more for children aged untill about 12. Or people who like adventure games. I dont like shooters on the Wii. I prefer the playstation over that, dont know about the Xbox (360)

yes, a wii is worth it. i got mine a couple of weeks ago and borrowed zelda from someone. also i haven't seen anyone say something about mario galaxy >.>.
well good games imo: ssb, metroid prime, zelda, mario, dbz, Rayman ravong rabbods (3 should be coming soon i think)...and well there aren't really all that many games yet...i suppose wario ware might not be bad.
ps: keep in mind that a wii isn't limited to wii games, you also use GameCube games on it if you can buy a gamecube controller.

To me, Nintendo has always been better to play with actual people besides you, like, get 3 of your friends to play with you and spend a lot of fun time with SSM or mario kart kind of games.
Xbox and PS are more solo/online oriented. So, if you like to play with people besides you, i'd say Wii is your best option, if you like online more get the 360 or the PS3 (it's just my opinion though).
There's the thing of the kind of games too. Nintendo games are more "everyone can play it". But 360/PS3 have some good stuff like the GTA franchise.
