Im a retard and dont know if I have a proxy on because my bro is the one that set it up. Whenever I try to update windows, it gives me an error, and when I look up the error it says to turn off proxy. How the heck do you do that One of the few things I can do with my comp

turn off ur firewall (all of them even through router, use a bypass setting on router btw)
