I'm so proud of Mexico. They're going to make an emo beatdown here in Uruguay as well, they've taken over our malls.

It's not exactly about being manly...
Sadly, one of the strongest pillars of most communities here (in Mexico) is racism or discrimination. It depends on the state. For example, in some states on the north, the people from the south are hated, while in others, they hate foreigners, gays, women, and like in this case, emos.
If it wasn't them it would have been another group.
I'm not fond of emos, but i believe no one should be treated like this no matter how they dress, act, etc.
Let's hope this things stop, though i doubt they will...

lol. I don't even understand what emo is. One of my friends that I knew for like 2 years told me she was emo about 2 months ago, and I was like, umm wut? I seriously had no Idea. It doesn't make any sense. Is it because they listen to some special kind of music? Is it because they wear make-up? Is it because they have funny hair a lot of the time? Must be missin something
