I need healp

Well i wanna get my brother a video games hes only (13) so he cant really play those M rated games. He plays on the PC (no vista) and the PSP alot so do any of you guys kno any good shooters for them?

do you know if he's into final fantasy 7??, b/c final fantasy 7 crisis core just came out, rated T, great game so far, hot shots golf is also a fun game, oh and those are for psp

same here
but its my cousin i would of gotten him like SOF payback totally awesome game but his parents strict :S but hes addicted to the M games lst week when he was over he was playn SOF payback for the whole friggn time at my house i was like can i play, and hes like just looking into the screen shooting dead bodies. Then when i come back in like 1 hour later hes still shootin the dead bodies lol

Dude.. I used to play that fighting Playstation1 game that you were in an asylum and the psychopaths would kill eachother and there was blood and stuff and one of the characters would kill the enemy by cracking his head between her thighs and rubbing her.. you know lol in his face
And I was 10-12 years old or so
