Anyone here run at night?
I think it's the best time to run.. got the whole damn streets to myself.
I'm probably gonna get shot one day though. Wtf do people in this area think when they see some weird assed guy with a shaved head running around at 2 am n sh1t. Making all the porch lights turn on as I pass.

Was funny the other day (or night ) was running like 2:30 am. Out of nowhere I see some dude riding a bike on the road. We were both probably thinking "sh1t, I'm about to get mangled " aint sh1t happened though, probably saw my hard assed face knew not to fck around

One time I was running at about 4 in the morning when I saw this chick getting raped, so I beat the sh1t out of the dude, then it turned out she was just a fcking whore so I slapped her and threw her in the fire that I saw just previously.
It was crazy.

well i hardly ever run anyway, i definitely don't run at night.
and lol. i guess i know what you wouldve done if that guy would indeed try to mangle u

4am is the best time to run. It feels so nice.
Gotta get back by 5am though cuz ppl start wakin up then.

cool nights are the best time to run imo....i swear i move faster than and easier than i do during the day.....don't you have a track you can go to though your kinda right running on the streets will probably get you unwanted attention.

Theres I park near where I live I've been meaning 2 go jogging there myself might start sometime soon.

Im on a track and it seams when i run at night i run 5X faster...dunno its weird.

But yeah i find it too be pretty relaxing if the wheather is nice.

when i get outside in the night, i ALWAYS feel the urge to do some stretching and just get off my feet AND WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH lol

it feels so good plus i can run sooo hard then haha.

It aint safe to do that around my streets though. Once i was walking at midnight on a saturday night. There was a gang of people who came up and approached me. You can all assume what happened next..

Either way the best time is around 5am, all junkies are sleeping and theres a lot of old people to talk to as long the way. Or just go running in the bush, its always safe that way.

It really feels good.. Idk, specially full moon where you can see the path clearly even without street lights.. Though I don't do it anymore.. Usually it's the best time to talk to a friend or two..

No, its true.

I live in a sub country town and thats the way things are. Theres a lot of 50-60 year old up around 5am who go for a walk early in the morning. Its strange yet true.

As for the bush theres no one there. Behind my place theres a piece of bush called the collieries, its some really big bushland which use to have an old mine in it. I ran in that bush for about 6 years straight and never once did i have any problems. No one is ever out there and the animals ( wombats etc ) run away from me. Its the safest place you can go running.. despite how weird that sounds.

I run twice a day when I was under a hxc training schedule.

5:30am and 3:00pm

6miles in the morn with a 2 mile warm up

and 5miles in the afternoon with a 3 mile warm up at 25mins. which is a little more then 8min pace. and followed up with plyometrics

meh I ran too much. my PR on a 5km course (flat and fast) was 14:21

I coulda done better and gone on to break 14mins, but got a knee injury and had problems with my jaw. and shit.

Tried to once, When I got a block away from my house i saw a hobo and i though he was going to jump me. He was moaning and looking at me so i ran home. The next day i went out running and the same guy stopped me but this time i found out he was a tourist looking for directions to a bus station @.@

I love running, but I never have time to do it, I'm so unfit nowadays

Running at night is really good, i enjoy running b/c its a work out and i have time just to think. Only problem is running in the winter, i stop b/c it gets to cold to run lol

it is way to hot to even go outside during the day in florida. the humidity hear is obsurd! the best time to exercise here is at night!!!

Morning is a better time IMO. Sunlight+cold = pwn.
