i was downloading porno and got a virus if i did a system restore would it go away?

i just did a system restore and a virus scan and it appears to be gone from doing the system restore....

but dude try to watch what your doing, theres some really nasty viruses out there. make a backup file so you don't lose all your school or work related stuff cause then youll be screwed
