What do you think is the main cause of poverty in a country? it was a debate from our school, but i wont tell the results in-case someone may have change their minds...

Some people are better with money than others. If you would divide all the money in the world evenly to everyone I bet in a decades we would be back on square one.

Some cases could be attributed to corruption, some to a failure in the system (such as welfare which encourages poverty) and then there is just pure laziness of people. I voted for way too many factors, because there truely are so many cases of poverty.

Speaking of hobos...i had one do the chicken dance for 1 dollar..

Most of them and drugs. Cocaine ftl.

I'm sure every poor or homeless person has their own personal reasons on top of whatever is "helping" them stay in that situation. People that would rather spend their weekly pay on crack than on rent or food for their kids, or people that just got screwed by the system. I'd say it's a mix of a lot of different things that causes it.

Poverty as in homelss on the street, living in a run down area full of sh1t, or living semi confortably struggling ot make ends meet?
