I really recomend this movie

I watched this movie with my friends, and cried in parts.. It has suspense, sensuality (not really, but a little), and romantic.. it contains disturbing footage, (not for the faint hearted)

looks like a good movie its just that i will look away when it comes to the surgery parts i was reading about this in aol news ppl waking up during surgery im for one never been through a surgery and im scared of it

i read that he feels all the incisions during the surgery and that his screaming is creepy =/

yea its creepy, but it makes you think, i mean that is real.. what if it happened to you
no worry tho,
affects less than 1% of U.S. patients given general anesthesia.
still a little worry

I saw Awake right when it came out. Didn't like it at all. Didn't help at all that I went with my friend who was really squeamish about this kind of stuff, and when they started cutting him open he just kinda freaked.
The plot to the movie was incredibly obvious. Nothing new or original about the movie at all, and I saw through every single corner. Atleast to me, it was pretty obvious from the beginning that Alba was going to betray him (you could kinda even tell from the trailer).
Quite honestly, I would tell people not to waste their time watching it. If you like gore and that kind of sick shit, the movie doesn't do good enough of a job. For a thriller or a horror movie, it's not scary at all. It fails at a romance for obvious reasons, and you can't have a drama where the plot is more or less transparent.
You can't just stick Jessica Alba in a movie and call it a day.
