Im in need of some help

Im applaying for a community assistant position here at my university. Im in need of some help answering one of the essay questions that they require me to do. Here is the question.
"Identify three (3) critical issues faced by college students living in the halls? If selected to be a Community Assistant, how would you address these issues?"
Does anyone have any good ideas? Any help will be appreciated.
