Oke lads; here my question:

I got a web-site design and now I want to put it on a CMS but I don't know how ( CMS = Joomla, PHP nuke etc. Like those things )

Does anyone here know how to skinn it? And if you could help me with it?

Depends on which CMS You use...
I normally just find the theme folder for the CMS
Then look at the code etc etc

But mainly depends on your CMS
