is it like the same like msn or something? or. . .

Hmm...hard to explain,ye its like chat program but you can see what guys on ur friendlist plays,and you can see how much time u spend playing game.

http://www.xfire.com you can chat ingame with a nice lightweight screen that pops up.
voice chat - keeps track of your and your friends' gaming hours in a nice list. Many more stuff.
