i know its been posted before but what is the program to change the size of pictures? and yes i did search and couldnt find

Photoshop, gimp, even paint etc. Most image editing programs have a scale/resize feature.

image-resize

select the pic, then scroll to the end of the pic and some 2 ended arrow shape will appear, now just click and drag until you find the right size

That will destroy the pic.

dont have resize, only attributes but this doesnt make the pic smaller...

Paint: the 'image' tab. (The screenshots are in Dutch)





Fill in a % lower than 100 and it will resize once you hit enter.

Dont forget to fill in the same % for length and hight or it will ruin the pics scaling.

oh okay thanks alot this will do for now but i was looking for a program that i can change it so w.e size i want (ex. 100x100 etc.)

imageshack gives a option to resize the image when uploading, a lot easier IMO

You could try IrfanView. It's worked pretty well for me.

yeah but you cant choose yourself

maybe try photofiltre ? it is shareware ... so that means it is 30 days free
