help with my binder

today i dropped my binder full of paper (quite heavy) and the first ring of the 3 rings left side got bent higher than the right side
(left side) ==-- (right side)
how can i align both rings together? it keep ripping my holed pages when i flip pages past it
any ideas how to bend it back?
