I r Internet Nub.

H'okay so im trying to dl "sutff" but my max dl speed from both IE and Firefox are capped at like 120kbps~, I checked on my isp site and it said 1 mbps for the service I get. I click on Technical Support, and theres a FAQ thing and one of the questions had something like "128-bit encryption for Internet Explorer?" (yes i clicked it but the link is dead >__>) Does that have something to do with my dl speed?

Any help/suggestions are appreciated

that is the proper speed

your connection is 1 megabit. your download is 120 kilobytes.

120 kilobytes = just under 1 megabit

play sro while its downloading

And for 114$ a month, i can get 1.8 MEGABYTES/s

Sometimes it depends on which server you're downloading it from.
