lol i live in Ontario and its like 100km/h winds out side, and school got canceled which sucks cause i have exams and now they all get pushed back one day >.<. Edit: and now im gonna go play some css, enjoy getting free posts

Same here (Manitoba), when I first looked outside it really didn't seem that windy, trees were still etc., but when I took a step outside I changed my mind right there

And the worst part is, on the weekend we were almost hitting positive numbers, now were back down to minus 45

Ya couple of the schools around here got a 'inclement weather' day.

Posei, whereabouts in Southern Ontario are you. I'm in the GTA and I work at a school, we didn't get anything like that. It's windy here, but I didn't think it was that bad.

I was in Canada last month, caught some blizzard. Saw nothing but snow, and bought some maple syrup. After eating a few days of pancakes, my good memories of Canada have gone forever

I told you. I didn't go. I didn't want to risk losing myself in the wind from DC to PAS. Instead I stayed home and made fewds.

It doesn't help that we have a lot of snow, on cars, roofs, ground, etc. and with strong winds it picks it all up and causes white out conditions. Sort of like a strong fog and snowstorm put together.

And, over the weekend we started having some of the snow melt, having those strong winds and the low temperature made all of the melted snow freeze over into ice. Slippery roads and sidewalks.

hmph where i come from that would've been a walk in the park....+ we'd have to watch out for bears hiding in snow piles, you guys have it easy...

theres extream winds here in Northern Ireland, we are expecting a snow storm tomorrow...

wow, we complain if the temp drops below 65F here. you can always tell a florida local in january. we are standing on the beach wearing winter jackets in 60 degree weather laughing at all the northerners and europeans laying out in bathing suits and swimming in the cold ass water. then again, that shit is prob warm to you guys!!!
