my bro`s pc was off and it kept turning on always,i checked the button theres nothing with it. Sometimes monitor too, and when playing it freezes, opens explorer,mozzila
Maybe he got a virus in it??or just he f**ed up something init

lawl.
back in australia, i had a pc at work that kept starting back up after i shut it down.
i had to pull the plug everytime i shut it down. idk what was wrong, just some over-
active pc i guess..
about your bro's pc, seriously no idea what can be the problem. if it starts opening
random programs, then its most likely some kind of virus yes.

Check the BIOS. Probably allows for remote boot.
