i turn on comp and get to the log in screen.
I click my account but when i do, It says the Loading Personal settings message for like a second.
And then it just stops. It cancels my log in and leaves me at the Log in page
I use windows xp service pack 2 home edition.
Anybody able to help me?

Thats kinda strange, never heard of that problem before. Try restarting in safe mode and from there you can access the admin account and try to change the settings of your current account or make a new one.

Is the Installation Disk the same as the reformat disk?
Oh and i tried safe mode. But it does the same thing. It cancels my log in.
