Nerves help?!?

Well im very nervous about a procedure im having later tonight. How do you guys get over your nerves? How do you stay calm? I dont really feel like talking about the procedure on here but i would like some advise on the nerves.

Sometimes, understanding more about the procedure helps to calm you down. By knowing more about it, you're more well prepared to go through it.

Run around, exercise, do something to keep you active.
When I get nervous about something, I have a lot of suppressed energy, so I have to run/walk or something of the sort.

Well i got through it. Thinking bout pussy and sex helped lol. It wasnt as painfull as i though it would be. Im feeling good right now cuz i got good drugd in me.

Well now i need help with nerves about surgery? Ive had the same surgery before when i was little. ow should i keep myself calm. No pussy and sex this time cut them hospital gowns show EVERYTHING.

I might be a bit late here, but usually the dr would inject something to numb the area so it doesnt hurt (or give you some good stuff to help calm you down). You should be fine, the tap would go really quick you'll hardly notice (or remember 
) it.

Your alot late but meh. They gave me alot of pain killers and it was actually kindof interesting how they do it. The day after my back hurts so Farking bad but i got goot painkillers on the way. It turns out i didnt have to have the surgery today buy may have to in the future.

Trust me, the dr doing the test is more nervous than you are 
. Glad that it turned out fine. Not having to do surgery so soon is a good sign too

Yea it helped that i had a rlly good doctor. My back hutrs SO BAD today is that normal?
