i havent been able to use the snow here cuz it melted.. and you seriusly get free from work/school becuz its snowing? :S

lol, south east wisconsin has snow days all the time, 2 already this year, along w/ a 2 hour delay
, except we have to make them up in june

in florida, we get hurricane days, and they can go on for weeks depending on devistation and loss of electricity!!!!

Yeah, I don't really like hurricane days for that reason haha
Although, they do it also for the weak hurricanes that don't even really do anything. Where I'm at, the university I work at closes usually the day of and sometimes the day before. Of course, if it's like 2004 and we get 3-4 hurricanes, it's not so nice because usually at least one of them knocks out your power for quite some time. I don't like baking in my apartment in august

it's fun the first few times. it's really neat to spend the day off all cooped up in the house, bangin your girlfriend. but, other than that, it gets really boring when you don't have any power

One of the abd things abotu gonig to a tutorial that only meets once a week and being homeschooled the rest is that you don't get very many snow days = /

screw Holland.. Never snow... allways rain.. never sun... the only thing Holland seems to produce and import are rain clouds...
I hate holland...
the whole language, and I don't like our attitudes..

Ice, Miami is on your list. It's alright, but you might like the west coast of the U.S. more. Better weather. It gets frackin HOT here in Florida, and what's worse is the humidity. It's unbearable sometimes!

you can't. cops patrol the beaches and you are arrested if you even touch the water. besides, they shut down all the bridges out to barrier islands so unless you live on the islands you couldn't even get close to the beaches. also, the islands usually flood completely over so you wouldn't want to be out there anyway!!!
