Just one of my loose ideas...post a pic of your internet browser. Customization of these browsers will make each one unique, if not extremely rare. So, I shall start this...here I go.

I'm using Firefox with an iFox (Smooth) Theme. :]

Opera doesnt have the Favorites feature?

i preferred the clean look, so i loaded the Mac OS X skin on it.

the style goes well with my 2 docks :]

And for anyone who needs any help with Opera, or any of it's features, press F1 whilst browsing.


Luoma, don't forget about Opera 9.5's ability to synchronize your Opera with your "MyOpera" account. Meaning, if you're synchronized, and you want to install Opera on your laptop, but you don't want to go through all the work of getting everything to the way it is on your desktop...just press File:Synchronize Opera, and shazam, bookmarks, themes, the whole shabang. It'll be as if you never even left your desktop. I could go on and on about Opera's features...but this guy does it for me.(Opera 9.5, at least.) Enjoy Opera.(and all it's wonderful features. )

Don't forget to go to "Opera:config" search "Max Connections Server" and set it to a high number. (ex. 50-60)

what loads pages faster opera or IE i dont care about the other features i probably wouldn't use them anyway

for me that completely depends.

atm, i still believe ff opens pages faster than opera.
however, i want to give opera a chance, maybe tweak some settings.

the page that opera has a lot of trouble with is Yahoo! Mail.
the rest works fine for me.

For me Opera loads about as fast as my tweaked FF ^^

And man are there alot of awesome features still trying to learn them =P

yes i did put on more connections.

it just keeps loading my mail slowly

I still catch myself trying to use mouse gestures while browsing through my local files...


@cin: Yes, Opera doesn't like the new "look" that Yahoo! Mail has. Either use Opera's integrated Mail system to check all your mail accounts or switch to "Classic mode." I suggest Opera's integrated mail system, since it notifies you on new messages, and you can see, and reply to them using the same client. It also handles your feeds.
