A friend of mine is perm muted in runescape for braking rule 9.
What can he do now? Anyone know the email of jagex.

Just play and keep it quiet for the rest if his liphe..
Or get a talk for him...

Write up a good appeal, check black marks and I think you can appeal a mute.
If you can write it good because you only have one chance.

Get to know a mod or someone who knows a mod and if you ask nicely he can help you get your mate unmuted. Happened to one of my mates who got perm muted for swearing to much but lucky he knew people who knew mods to help him out or do a appeal like Dystopia said.
