It starts with the phrase I like my women how I like my... followed by a noun.
The next person completes the phrase for the previous person, and then posts a new "I like my women how I like my...of their own.
And so on. Note that "women" can also be "men" depending on preference.

Example:
jjj: i like my women how i like my computer
kkk: slow and old. i like my men how i like my mobile.
ggg: easy to use. i like my women how i like my ps3...
