Sidekick Slide or LX

Hi will be buying one of the two above i was wandering if anybody here would like to put there input it in witch one is better. I personaly like the slide better because it slides up instead of around i would be scared of flipping it around all the time but the slide did get recalled because of a problem while sliding it down. So any input is greatly appreicated. :]
