I saw Gorgoroth live about 3 weeks ago, wow they sucked.

I mean, I love some Gorgoroth songs, but on stage their music just drowned in its own chaos.

On some parts they even sang parts from completely other songs -.- Gaahl was lost big time, really.

Incipit Satan and Under the Sign of hell are the albums I really like.

Oh and please don't get me started on 'true' Norwegian etc

just call it black metal Gorgoroth in my eyes is no 'true norwegian BM' anymore.

Half of the concert Gaahl was seriously posing with the horns towards the camera's of 13 y/o kids no joke.

If you want true BM keep it to the underground, the gorgoroth merchandise is getting as big as Dimmu nowdays. **** that lol

Gaahl and King now have the ownership and the rights of the band and they kicked Infernus out afaik.

They did have a new guitarist for the tour yeah, but IMO that's no excuse for Gaahl to **** up like that, the guitar was better in sync than him.

i think norwegian black metal is a pretty cool guy. eh burns churches and doesnt afraid of anything

anywho, havnt watched the video yet, ill watch it later. Im not too fond of black metal though. Some of its good, some of it aint. What i seem to find quite alot with black metal is that the vocals and the music dont seem to match. Its like theyve taken the music from one song and the vocals from another and it just dosnt fit. Even if its just slightly off, it puts me off. I cant explain it that well, i guess it just dosnt flow very well.

I guess it's not a very appealing genre to most ... which is the whole point of bm lol. Well as far as i noticed theres 3 kinds of it: the church burners/satanists/ateist enforcers, those who say the rest of the bands are lame and plastic sounding and the tree-huggers.

Like that chick said Gorgoroth sounds the ugliest of most the black metal bands but they have a few nice songs... others are just jibberish vocals no one can understand and theres no lyrics for them on the net.

Only black metal I really can listen to is Dimmu, and that's it.

Satanists annoy me, and the chick on the cross at that concert had a hot body. lol.

I like to listen to BM as well but I'll admit I'm a bit limited on my selection of it. I've never really listened to Gorgoroth but when it comes to BM I listen to Emperor, Summoning, Darkthrone, Mayhem, Bathory, and Enslaved.

likin park is sum good metal too, they are on mtv all the time.

I always think of those two weird norwegian twins that were on pimp my ride...

I like Mayhem a lot, but also like Emperor, Darkthrone and all that shite. I like anything that is loud, fast and extreme and that has good lyrics and good imagery. Satyricon is good imo also. I met Satyr once, really nice guy. Too bad his band that he tours with got in big trouble for gang raping a girl in toronto (or was it montreal? w/e) stupid fucks

I listen to alot of metal...but honestly, I hate gorgoroth almost as much as I hate cannibal corpse. Both are complete shit. And as for mayhem, they're just wierd.

I agree with you to some degree... Cannibal corpse is shit but its my personal opinion.. however, Gorgoroth is one of the best BM bands. You don't like them and that doesn't mean they're shit :p

I don't hate Cannibal Corpse, me and my friends joke about them and mock their vocals, but I wouldn't consider them shit. Gorgoroth isn't that bad either, it just depends on what you'll listen to. And like I said, satanists annoy me, I'll listen to the music before I believe in your lyrics.
