After beating Shivering Isles for the 50th time completing the original main quests and guilds, I figured it was time to put the game down.

Third party patch if you don't have 2.0 shaders. I've never worked so hard to get a game running in my life.

Should i also install knights of the nine ?? i played it a little bit some time ago and i thought is was a very poor excuse for an expansion pack

Played it a while, pretty cool
But all those dimension gates to those towers or whatever it all was about (I forgot sorry) got old after about 10 times running trough them, so I gave up and played other games instead. Side quests didn't keep me that entertained :S
Still want to complete it when I have the time.

You can beat the main quest by doing just 2 Oblivion gates, (Kvatch and Bruma) then the final one. If you want allies for the battle though you gotta take out the gates around their cities.

All my Allies were killed in the fight...i think my lvl was to high so the monsters were too strong for them...

I don't like the main quest because you have to be a good guy.
Here's my character.

I would say it's the best CoD but the time it's developed in makes it an unfair comparison.
But it's one of the best games of the year (that i have played).
OnT: I haven't played Oblivion but i'm thinking on getting it (for PC), i'd like to know some good RPGs, even though i didn't like Morrowind... got bored very easily.

no multiplayer, and you don't need to buy it.
