Floating Noob Tags and Party Tags

Wonder If there gonna fix that..... where theres noob and party tags floating everywhere XD I thought my graphics was messin up.... but nope, seems everyone has it =/

just a glitch.. not really sure when they plan to fix it.. its joymax we are talking bout lol
