Gah.... a series of unfortunate events

SO... its a few days after my trama with the naruhobo from the dumpster...and I'm actually starting to clear up now.
My mom calls and says she is gonna go 2 tim hortons then bring my dad some food for work *its 1:24am*. So we go along happy and talking until we reach the Tim Hortons... there is one person so I say "oh there is just a loner in there...I dont want everyone to hear my convo~ lets just go through the drivethru". So then I see some one else go in so i'm thinking sure and me and my mom go in.
Once in there... I asked for a vanilla ice cap and my mom asked for tea. My mom gets her tea and sits down...Buh the idiot who is trying 2 make my ice cap breaks the darn machine so i'm left with nothing ... I just get a nestea instead...So then we are talking... and then I see sum black dud walk in... and my mom notices police cars with their light off creeping up on him, so we just think... * dam racist cops*...
then as soon as the guy enters he pulls a GUN out and starts pressuring an employee for money that he owes him... another employee comes and runs up to him... the black dud fires the gun but the employee knocked his hand and redirects it... he nearly shot me cuz the window behind us had been damaged and the spot was about 10 centimetres above my head level ._. *added missed part* Then the two start fighting( the cops are watching all of this)
So anyways then the cops that FINALLY GET IN and arrest him...
GAH... is my life just a series of unfortunate events now?

But concider yourself lucky instead because you walked out with a minor trauma instead of bullet wounds!

OT: I'm just curious... You didn't go down to the station as a witness? Just saw a guy get shot at...you almost got shot...And you didn't go down as a witness? You just went home? Weird...

@ Smurf - no the police had NO lights on... they must have been following him for a while... they were just outside procrastinating? who knoes.. buh I think they shoulda come in b4 then. But they never once had their lights on

Actually I just came back from there >.>... but apparently we they thought that we werent nescessary because there were several officers watching so we basicly went there, said hi, started talking, then got shooed
