lol ignore all the incorrect predictions, and only pay attention to the vague ones that came true in order to bolster your point of view, and argument.

EDIT: do they have any testable proof for the claims they have, or are they backyard scientist?

all they did was assume from a theory which is a facist hand that can and does control anything they want he made predictions and they happened

How can you really believe that this is true? He is just some guy throwing out things at you of his own knowledge and only his, How would he know if hes theory are real or not?
Now if this is the Nibirus 10th planet theory than that is a different story. I do believe that it is possible that there is a 10th planet and yes if the planet does get to close mega storm will happen on earth wiping out half of the human race.
As for your David Icke he believes that there is a secret club or a cult that some of Americas leaders have been in that they secretly praise a giant stone owl, Or a lizard from what i have read. I remember NBC or ABC i forget which one captured a secret meeting of a bunch of people worshiping a giant stone owl. But to hide the truth they said that it was for jokes.
