He isnt really the worlds "smartest" man. From a Scientific point of view he is smart. But no there is NO suck thing as smartest or dumbest. You might know something that he doesnt.

Hes a guy who solved that I.Q. test the best until now... No one did it better than he did so far right? That doesn't mean there couldn't be someone smarter than him, maybe that person just didn't do that specific I.Q. test... hell I didn't do that I.Q. test, maybe I'm smarter than him, or maybe someone else on this forum is? I doubt it tho, because the test was in English, English vocabulary questions... thats not a proper i.q. test because it involves experience.

The wisest people are/can be 'retards', some of them never forget what they learned, some can do a 7 of 9 thing and read a book in 5 minutes, some can solve math problems you couldn't incredibly fast etc. Kinda makes the mediocre man inferior to some 'retards'. Most lack social skills tho. The only problem is they aren't socially acceptable and are undermined, guess why? Because they aren't mediocre. lol

OT: IQ isnt a concrete measurement of intelligence, its just the most recognised and simplest method thats currently available to everyone. There will always be exceptions to rules about "smartness" for example autistic people - highly intelligent, but no social abilities. In an all embracing definition of smartness, "street-smarts" and thus social ability would also be included (in my opinion anyway). So really, do you want "smartness" to be purely knowledge or a mix of all aspects of life where one needs to "think" ?
