Crunches: 50
Cardio: 1-3 miles
Push-ups: 50 (yes, I'm that lazy
Pull-ups: ~20 (but I don't do them very often)

Ya, I have a really high metabolism as well. I just do little mini-workouts cause I get bored, and i'd rather have soemthing to do that sit on my ass all morning
