and tell me your age too, i mean its harder to get a 6pack as you go over age 23

Thanks to Aesthetic for the lovely sig(;

Yup. Finally have one.
Light's bad, so you can't see it that good, lol. Don't know if you tell, but those are actually muscles - I'm not just a naturally skinny guy.
As far as exercising my abs out, I do crunches, jackknifes, and I wrestle for my school - cardio. I've never really focused on my abs. When I lift weights, it's always been arms - biceps, triceps, and your overall shoulder muscles. Because in Junior High, most of the times, girls don't ask you to take your shirt off. That'd be indecent.
Now in high school, they do. Having a six-pack is a big confidence booster. So I actually just started doing crunches and things three weeks ago. Coupled with the cardio I get everyday, out my six-pack came, from a two-pack.
Winter Break's just started, and by the end of it, I'm going to have a hell of a nice one. :]
Anyway, that's my story.

I actually need to run tomorrow, I did nothing but eat junk food today. I love it so much though <3 haha, sometimes I just can't resist the temptation.
Yeaup. :] Thanks!
I love junk food too, man. But I haven't had any for a long time. I rarely even have Cokes anymore. Lately, I've been eating healthy stuff. And most of the times, after school, I come back home and cook myself something. Usually a snack, but it ends up running somewhere around 300-400 calories. Then I still eat the same amount during dinner.
Now, though, I just have to eat sparingly. I drink alot of water to curb my hunger. Fruits are good too - has anybody ever tried frozen grapes?
I just don't get enough cardio in to eat whatever I want.
Still, to me, it's a good trade-off. A nice six-pack works wonders psychologically, and not just physically.

I've had a sickpack ever since I was like 9 or 10, I was very hyperactive as a kid, I used to be hang out with my fellas in park in front of my building and we used to play tag, hide n seek, but mostly we loved to climb trees, as a result after doing the same everyday I got myself a lillo nice sixpack which grew bigger as I grew older. Sadly, when I was 13 and went on my first high school year, some losers talked me into smoking, which I did to be 'cool' back then even though I wouldn't swallow the smoke and to pretend I did I used to laugh and cover the cough
But the vice finally got me and I started to hide and smoke, smoke in the shower and cover it with steam etc, until the day my mother died, my dad gave me a ciggie, that was my doom since I used to smoke a lot less at home but trying to stay on topic, I've been a heavy smoker since I was 15-16, and last year I gave up the gym, losing all I had except my back (swiming).
If I want to I can get my sickpack back in a month because I have no fat there though, but why even bother.. I'll grow a beer belly eventually

Best way for me is to not think about what I'm eating, y'know? It's good when you're doing something too, because then you don't want to eat.
My sister eats blueberries instead of candy, she says it's really good, I was gonna try it, but she keeps eating them all -_-
Oh yeah, good tip to 6-pack: Don't drink water.
Water expands your stomache alot and it forms a layer under your skin.
If you drink like 4 glasses of water, look at your stomache. Now don't drink for 5 hours and look at it again, it'll look way better.
.Yeah.

This made me lol. Even though I know what your getting at drinking water is a good thing. It's much better then say for intense drinking coek or any kind of soda for that matter. Btw gratz on your results fena I remember your workout thread it's nice to see you've gotten results.

Haha, when I said water, I meant drinking at all
It's a good thing to drink about a gallon of water a day, but all professional bodybuilders won't drink water for 4~6 hours before a show, and they all work out right before the show to get the blood flowing to their muscles.
@Ghost
I'm naturally fat, but it's really not that hard to get one.
If you try, you can get it in a month. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF!!!!
Never do that, it'll kill your muscles and you'll be sad.
Just don't eat shit, or don't eat alot, and you'll get it.
RUNNN!!!! That's good too, if you just run a mile a day, it'll do wonders.

ghostkilla43 wrote:how long did it take you to see results? were u already skinny when u started?
For me, like I said, I only really started working out on my abs sometime after the very beginning of December, so ~3 weeks or so. It's not a hard process. Three basic steps:
1. Cut down on junk food. Replace it with healthy food if you're hungry.
2. Cardio. Cardio. Cardio. Burn off that fat. Like everyone's read, no matter how strong your abs are, if you have a layer of fat covering your abs, no one will ever see it.
3. Crunches. Jack-knifes. Sit-ups. That just mainly works on definition.
And I'm still going along. Looking foward to seeing what it'll look like at the end of the year, hehe.
And we're both in wrestling, remember?
And did you know you're only one day older than me? I'm May 19, 1992.
As far as my body build goes, I'm naturally skinny. Nowhere even close to skinny-skinny, as in skin-and-bones, but I have a high metabolism. Right now, I'm 5'8'' and 145 pounds. I'd like to think that a very large percentage of it is muscle. :]
& thanks, Hostage!

Yep, I got one currently working on 8 (lower abdomen muscles) but that will take alot of time
, my focus: triceps, pecks, biceps, obliques, defining upper and lower abs, platysma and latissimis dorsi. (I dont think thats right)
Im starting to work out alot more, since like a month ago, ive been doing it twice day, but no fancy ass gyms and crap just at home, i do like 300-350 different types of situps through out the day, some times i miss a day or too and like 100-150 pushups/ handstand pushups....
Ive never been so into it...like a stress reliever, and training until winters over (parkour). 15, and average heights, I dont want to lift weights and get into the gym because I dont want to stun my growth...
Oh yeah, and I stoped eating junk food for good, and I barley drink soda anymore, healthy lifestyle all the way
