what a dick, pulled him over for going 70 in 65 that's so (edit) stupid....
i guess it was mainly the license plate things

He got tased because he wouldn't shut the hell up and do as he was told.

He got tased because he got wild on the side of the road. Notice they were on the traffic side? If I was a cop I would do the same thing it just happened alot quicker than I would have liked. The cop was obviously done working on the holiday.

He was clearly being uncooperative and hostile because he got caught breaking the law.

He was black and he did not have a back license plate. Cops are trained to look for black people in stolen cars. It is sad but true.

comeon its just 5 miles....
but mabye he was weaving in and out of the lanes.. and made him look more suspicious or something....
