It seems like one of those little toys that are made out of sponge or some material. After you add water to them, they inflate up into a little toy.

Its made out of a gel that looks like its almost a liquid when thrown against a solid surface, but i always comes back to its original form.

Theres tons of those things in quarter-machines in like every single Wal-Mart. They're just sticky globs of plastic.
