Another glasses thread.

Just wondering how many of you have eye problems thanks to the computer screen.. I've been using rest glasses for the past 2 years although I hardly use them now because they make everything a bit blurry and I might need new ones because I can't read small letters that are a even 2 feet away..

no idea why my eyes became worse than they were, but i'm like almost sure
its my screen. for my study, i need to work on my laptop a lot, which means
im practically staring at a screen for about 8 hours a day at least, just some
breaks for coffee n stuff.

I used to play games all the time when i was younger, eventually i went slightly colourblind and slightly short sighted. Not sure about the colourblindness but the short sightedness came from my eyes being strained from staring at the screen for so long when playing games. Its not bad enough that i have to wear glasses though. I was only 8 or 9 at the time aswell so i hadnt really been playing games for that long.

Been sitting behind a pc for nearly 10 years now . 15 hours a day. Due to computerized schooling / gaming / etc etc.
No problems thus far, actually I'd even go as far as say I have improved sight.
All depends on how far you sit tho, I like to relax so I sit bout 2ft / 1meter away from the screen while laying back. Maybe you guys are like 30 cm's in front of it : O
