Its impossible for me to be controlled by the media. I dont watch/read/listen to them at all. I just watch BBC news and they dont really have entertainment news.
I dont even know what the latest trends in clothes and music are, i get a bit of a hint on the clothes by watching people around college but im really not sure what type of music is classed as "popular" these days.

Accessory: Uh.... a belt? Does that count? Thats all i got, and i dont even wear it all the time.

Bands: tons of em. examples Radiohead, Portishead, Dj Shadow, Blur, Muse, etc.
Accessories: i wear 3-5 rings. 3 when its cold, 5 when its hot.

band: (it depends on my mood) but i like Avenged 7 Fold for the most part, except their new album ok i only like city of evil, I like System of a Down (even before BYOB) can't really say i have a favorite band, i mean my favorite song Kryptonite is by 3 doors down and i realy hate that band its like the only song of theirs i like
acc: I wear a pancho, i'm crazy like that, and it makes a good substitute for a coat, and cheap clothing
thought: I don't understand myself well enough to say my common thought, its like i have multiple personalities but one identity, but for the most part "i don't feel like it"

o.O I Do get some of my stuff there but not all of it, Sometimes i goto wal-mart and find things there.. Hell the good will store also has some awesome finds there! xD
hot topic is to expensive for me to do most of my shopping there o_O;
50$ for a pair of pants! ò_ó I can goto wal-mart and goto the guys section and find similar pants for 10$ on sale!
Edit: Also punk/rock/goth styles don't always have to come from hot topic.

music: i hear a lot of music, but not classic or music like pink floyd. I also dislike a bit electronic music. Everything else i hear it, and love old music like Elvis, The Beatles, Queen, etc.

anyways when i stop growing up i will make a tattoo. But im the oposite to emo/dark/gothic.

band: depends what I want to hear.. but I allways like Girls Aloud, Chemical Brothers, Britney, Sugababes (well, britney and the chemical brothers both just 1 song.... but allways have loves GA and SB...)
Accessories: a little black thingy to tie my hair if I wanna, allways around my wrist..., my black shoulder bag, a cigarette/lollypop...
