one day after high school, i went to look in my bag to get my ipod out to listen to it while walking home, but it wasn't there. after a few hours i finally came to the conclusion that i lost it. but i'm pretty sure that someone stole it in my auto tech class because there are a bunch of thugs in there.

but i just tell myself, forget it...its just an ipod 30 gb with a crystal clear case and black marshmallow earphones. i can just buy a new nano, it was too big anyways. so i sleep it off and forget about it

the next day i go to my auto tech class, and we always have free time in that class and i see this guy with MY earphones sticking out of his shirt and that's when i knew exactly what happened

see the day i lost my ipod, the bell was about to ring for lunch so i rolled up my ipod and put it in my bag. the guy told me, hey can you put my book away, so being a nice asian boy i went ahead and put it away for him along with mine. THAT's when he stole it. guarantee.

so back to the day i noticed my earphones, i told him "hey where'd you get those earphones" and he said "bought em" and i said "oh really, looks like mines thats why, let me see your ipod then" and he goes "naw man i always keep it in my pocket dawg, if you try and look in my pocket i'ma knock you out" so i was like whatever. and yeah, he's a COMPLETE idiot with that ridiculous excuse.

here's facts about me, i'm a sophomore and i'm 6'1 about and 158 pounds. i'm a blue belt in taekwondo and i have some popularity at school

facts about him? i don't know..he's probably a senior and he's a thug/gangster. that ones for sure. and he's about 5'11 or 5'10 i think

i'm too pussy to call the cops or crimestoppers or go to the office to report this because he'll know it was me and then he'll "call up his crew" or something and then i'll get dragged into some alley and get mobbed and die from internal bleeding or some shit. but me and him 1 vs 1? i'm positive i can kick his ass. i have this serious rage mode, back at my bro's birthday, one of his friends pissed me off and i threw this chair at him and shit. i honestly thing when i am seriously outraged, i can take on 3 guys my same size, by myself. kind of like the jet li movie "unleashed"

day after day i dream about pulling out a gun and threatening him for my ipod back...or turning super saiyen or some shit. but lol that was a week ago. i don't really care anymore

so i asked myself this.. would i take a beating for 340$ ? because that's what my ipod was worth about
and i said no. every year for chinese new year, my birthday, christmas, and graduation, AND good grades, i get 100$ each. that **** probably gets NOTHING. so maybe i'll consider it a donation. an unwanted donation but whatever. like i said i can buy a new ipod nano which is better =]
any thoughts on this?

he keeps it in his pocket at all times, he's always hanging out with other thugs. he doesn't carry any type of bag, where's my opportunity to steal it back?

well in my school P.E is the only time people are away from their bookbags and they have to put their ipod away so I suggest you find out his P.E time go to his bookbag and take the ipod well it might not work if your school has lockers but if you kick a lock hard enough it'll open ^_^

lol, actually people got all their stuff jacked in p.e. before. it was reported that a student broke a few locks and stole some stuff. teachers guessed he was hiding in the bathroom (we have a bathroom inside our lockers) until the teachers left. and that guy is lucky, no one found out who it was

i left my cd and mp3 players out in the open most ppl wouldnt **** with them cuz they thought i was crazy

go up to him right in the middle of class session not break, take it back he tries to fight back say if you dont want to be blind for the rest of your life it be wise to just let go of my shit
but i did once get my minidisc player stolen but it was stolen from someone else and was kinda breaking so in all honesty didnt care. only like 5 things where stolen from me from my entire school yrs

i think that its just that they know your scared that they can get there crew then just beat you but stepping up to them knowing they still can, can actually scare them
but sometimes its best to let it go why be worried over an object when there is bigger problems going on

lol bathroom inside the lockers o.0? yeah P.E is definetely your best bet for stealing since they cannot have cameras there at most they can only show you going in and out of the locker room if that doesnt work you might as well fight him...of course it would be a blower if you find out it wasnt your ipod...but lets not think about that ^_^

yeah. like i said, lol. i'm letting it go, that's a good way to rephrase it =] great advice. i'm gonna ask a mod to close this thread O_o that thug might actually come to this forum and read this. LOL
