What program do you use?
I have the free version of ad-ware but seems to only find tracking cookies.
Does anybody know if it is any good?
Also, do you have an recommendations?
Thanks in advance.

Spybot: Search and Destroy, seems to work great for me, and they update it almost every week. The problem with ad-aware is they don't update it fast enough, so the people who make spyware and all of that are always a step ahead.

Me too. But I know its not the best. The only reason I use it, is because if you are computer-smart you don't really need an Anti-Virus. AVG uses the least resources so I use that as my back up. Theres no point in me having something like avast which will keep me very safe (safety I don't really need) and have it clogging up my computer.

yeah. It's not really all that hard to avoid viruses, just stop downloading pr0n.
