if one of the two is over 18 and the other is under, then i believe its called
statutory rape. however, i never did get why they would call it rape in the
first place, if the girl just wants it..

Here in my country, you can do a 12+ y/o girl and it would still be legal

i believe over here 16 is the legal age.. but meh, age is so difficult. its really

Smartest thing in my opinion is the gap thing. Like if two people within three years of each other's ages have sex, it's legal. If they're both over 16, the gap doesn't matter.

Also, it's total bull when people claim rape even though the girl was consenting. Whatever though, I don't have to worry about that.

The sad thing is. Men already have the stereotype hanging over their heads. That they do the raping. So any girl that doesn't want to get into trouble and claims rape, 99% of the time, the guys gonna end up in trouble. However, if your girlfriends willing to do that to you...why would you be in a relationship with them in the first place?

Its gonna be strange in January when I'm 18 and my girlfriend will still be 17... because technically it will be illegal, as I'm an adult and she's not.
