Windows problem-Help

I just tried to start my comp up a while ago, and I got a screen indicating that windows didn't start correctly, and gave me the choices of
-Safe mode
-Safe mode with networking
-Safe mode with command prompt
-Start windows from last good configuration
-Start windows normally
Problem is, nothing works. I can't even get into safe mode. Windows starts to start, then it simply boots me back to this screen. What the **** is wrong with my computer? Boot file maybe? I'm writing from my sisters laptop atm.
