HELP WITH SOME WHO KNOWS MORE ABOUT PSP'S THAN ME

Well, I uprgraded my friends to 3.03 OE-A and I was changing the XMB and something screwed up and it wont let me go to the homebrew folder, and I want to upgrade it to 3.04 OE-A so the XMB reset so it works (i tried reseting the thing [didnt work]), can someone find me a 3.04 OE installer for the psp, so i can install the homebrew through the pc (cuz i cant install through the directory -_-) so if u could help me I appreciate it.
