uTorrent issue

One of my torrents blazed by at a consistent 300+ kB/s, but now it has dropped to under 1 kB/s now that I hit 90%
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this, the wait is excruciating!
What makes it worse, is that my previous speeds got me all excited lol

Had a look at the seeds? Maybe they died out or all logged off / kicked you from their queue...
I also had torrents some time back who had amazing speeds but all stopped at around 90-99% because the original seed was gone and all people had were those percents.
So just wait... can't do anything about it.
I also don't think this has anything to do with the client, µTorrent...

thats because probably a lot of people made it to 90% and all those people are probably leeching off of a couple of guys only who have 100% downloaded ( so basicly u were leeching from 200 ppl that had it at 90% and now you with 200+ people are leeching from 2-3 guys who have 100% downloaded)

im usually uploading 3 times the amount im downloading when im torrenting these days

your lucky to get decent speeds even if it is only for 90% of it.

Comcast is alleged to be using hardware from Sandvine to send forged RST packets to users on both ends of BitTorrent connections.
In plain English, they are closing your connections with peers without your permission. This means you can't seed.
It's Comcastic.

Cruor's right. Right now a guy in Cali has a class action suit about this. Not sure what the stipulations are but if you google it you might be in time to sign your name.
p.s. - W/in the last month I've learned the joy of newsgroups. God I <3 them.
