Even though I can understand arabic written in English letters I hate reading/writing it.
I prefer to just use arabic letters.
And hello, I speak arabic too.

they're special consonances in the arabic language. See them as letters that the arababic language does have and the latin language ( which all western languages are based on ) doesn't. So we use numbers for those kind of letters.
